Pakistan and Kazakhstan agreed to strengthen their relationship and aim to boost trade to $1 billion within the next year. They’re especially focused on improving road and rail links to better connect Central and South Asia, including a route that would run through Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.
