The Election Commission has formally requested the Press Council Nepal to remove a BBC documentary covering the Gen-Z protests on Bhadra 23–24, citing concerns over content published ahead of the elections. Acting Chief Commissioner Ram Prasad Bhandari confirmed that the Commission has taken this step to ensure a secure and stable electoral environment.
