The Nepal Communist Party (NCP) pledges collateral-free loans up to Rs 15 lakh for inter-caste couples and promises comprehensive support for Dalit communities, including free education, scholarships, skill modernization, land and housing solutions, and an Integrated Dalit Development Authority.
