My priority date is from 2015, but my current employer hasn’t started my PERM or I-140 process. I’ve been with the Infosys for three years, and from what I understand, they don’t plan to initiate PERM anytime soon.

Given this situation, what options do I realistically have? Has anyone been in a similar position and found a good strategy to move forward?
