I recently got my H-1B transfer approved for a new job, but I’m considering staying with my current employer.

Can I safely reject the new offer after the transfer approval? I understand this happens often, but I’d like to know if anyone here thinks there could be potential risks later—especially regarding future green card processing or other immigration issues.
