I’m currently based in India and working for a service company. I’ve received an offer to relocate to Texas on a contract with a salary of $100,000 per year. At present, my spouse and I earn a combined 65 LPA in India, and we own our home. I’m 37 years old with two young children—one in second grade and one in nursery.

Given the current visa environment and my family’s situation, would it be advisable to move to the U.S. at this stage in my life? From an immigration and long-term stability perspective, is this a practical decision, or would the risks outweigh the potential benefits?
